I had originally planned an NF for our 40th anniversary next edition, but since it would be a terrible waste of madde's inbox if I confirmed internally 1000 times before deciding I might as well have the NF now to settle it once and for all.

6 voters in just one day is far more than I had expected and I'm extremely grateful to everyone who voted so far. Now to the fun part. In order to shrink the NF slightly I will do an elimination of the 4 worst ranked entries so far. Top-6 will move on to the Super-final. By then, potential new voters will then only have to vote for 6 songs while the already voted countries don't have to do anything.
I will announce the 6 qualifiers one by one in random order in just a second...

First up qualifying and drawn #1 in the super-final, is the danish-icelandic electro/soul-project Kúra. After finishing rock-bottom in one of my previous NF's, they are now back with vengeance:

Joining Kúra in the final isn't exactly a newbie in NSC-context, and this Swedish collaboration also proved itself worthy of qualifying to the next round in this NF:
