Sorry, but no. I love Linda Bengtzing's MF entries, but I wouldn't consider them my all-time favorites. Don't forget that I've been watching MF since the 1980s and have a lot of older favorites.

I'm pretty sure the other entries I would've probably chosen are totally different from me as well - it would've either have been an overly-dramatic Kempe ballad (a-la Peter Jöback's "Hollow" or Linda Pritchard's "Alive") or a dance-pop anthem (a-la Alcazar's "Stay The Night" or BWO's "Lay Your Love On Me"). Yes, I am such a generic MF fanboy...

For this edition, I believe that regions aren't allowed. It's only countries, as they should relate to the ESC countries that the song participated for.

But this is WV...that's what makes it different from other contests. It is main rule is to allow regions so I think it should be allowed.

But for this theme, you are using songs that were used in ESC NFs for specific countries. You don't have a Stockholm NF, or an Istria NF, or an Uusimaa NF.

In the first post that Steph made, she clearly states:

* Countries will be claimed/reserved on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. Once it is claimed, nobody else can take it

So this would go for regions of that country as well since that entry in the NF would have been representing all regions of said country.

I know...but yet again this is WV where regions are allowed. I know there is not Stockholm NF or Istria NF, but there are participants in Swedish NF or Croatian NF so it should be stick to artists (not to origin of WV) like in real WV. And LakZaNokte purposed the theme copying (which she declared) it from last time suggestion (when I suggested and as suggester I have in plan to for regions to be allowed).

I do not know yet...I just think non allowing would be against main core of competition - diversification in regions. When we are sending entry, we always stick to artist so I do not see the problem to do it now despite in which NF song was presented.

Yet, maybe it is best that modders take final decision...
