1-Estonia has generally good entries.
2-Its broadcaster is able to learn from their mistakes.

For France, I don't think that a victory would be possible in the five next years at least because of the complete awkwardness of France 3. A Top 10 is already a humble and pretty reasonable goal.

We just doubt if country, which won 2 years ago will do it again in near future. And this is a quite reasonable thinking.

No, Sweden has the results, but not enough scandals for that kind of reputation. Armenia could go that way if they get another good result.

Well it also depends on if they get cocky about it. I've met Swede's who are like it, and no one likes that attitude.
