There is no setting to allow us to get email notification when you are quoted in default vbulletin. There may be a hack for that out there but there is nothing available by default.

Not necessarily an email notification, but something like a notification that you get when someone likes your post. It would just be convenient to be notified if/when someone responds to your post, so you can easily reply to it. If there's no option like that at the moment, then we could just wait until someone makes a hack for that.

now you can mention people in your post - using @ and nickname right after it. [MENTION=4364]Matt[/MENTION] [MENTION=4374]Jukica[/MENTION] [MENTION=6221]Mozz[/MENTION] etc. after it this member will get notification that someone mentioned him (actully it will say you who exactly mentioned you, in what thread and give you link)
In your profile you can find two tabs "Mentions" and "Quotes". In the first one there will be showed who mentioned you, when and where, and your mentions. And in the other tab - who quoted your posts.

I turned off email notification so hopefully you'll only receive standard notifications that you can choose to ignore on the forum if you don't care about it!
