I find it a bit weird that updating (F5) puts me right back to the Forum Index. I'd much rather be able to F5 to refresh the sub-forum I'm in.

I don't have that problem, maybe it's a setting on your computer

I often use the Quick Reply option (replace "often" with "always") and ask if there is a possibility for the admin to add the button to display the smiley window to the QR. Mostly I don't remember some codes for smileys I'd like to add, so I have to click "Go Advanced" for adding one! Please, can you do that?

Alternatively, would it be possible, when clicking the "reply to thread" button to not end up in Quick Reply, but on the proper (advanced) Reply to Thread page?
