Really? That is pretty much the age gap I would have expected when comparing a boy band that was first big in the early 90s with a boy band that was first big in the early 00s

I'm expecting to be disappointed with this song but looking at the other songs chosen so far if we can get something semi-decent we may be in for a good result or at least not Bottom 5 xD

from bbc.co.uk/eurovision

On Tuesday, the guys will be recording a pop video for "I Can" in a top-secret location. All I can say at the moment is that it's going to be a breathtaking shoot - and that I hope none of the guys suffer from a fear of heights!

Also mentions about they've heard Norways song and think they have competition xD

I'm a bit concerned that the big build up can only end in an anti climax. It's looking like a poor year so far and some of the usual 'big guns' have posted unusually weak entries. If Blue can produce something close to their best then the UK could be right up there.

If the song and the performance is good, UK could potentially have a really good result this year.

Wow, yet again the BBC misunderstands everything about Eurovision and instead opts for a tired, has-been pop band in the hope that somehow it still has international recognition. I won't hold my breath on the song, I'll be good money that it is absolutely awful.

Ps hello! Haven';t posted for a while.

I hardly think Blue would put themselves out there if they honestly thought they'd do awful, they could come back normally without eurovision and do very well. So Blue & the record label must think they have a shot at this or why all the hassle ;)
