wow Blue are back  and on ESC that is :)
some of their songs were real guilty pleasures for me in my teen years :p so hope for at least as good song as those for ESC :D
and loving Duncan's attitude towards ESC... refreshing for an UK entrant.

First I'd like to say that this is a very promising choice and I really hope that the song is good.
And to answear at least somewhat live vocal abilities here is an acoustic version of All Rise.

Doesn't sound too bad to me at least

This is a great choice I think, and it's perfect to get the support up from the UK public. Blue are pretty respected as a UK act, in 2002 time, all their songs were hits afaik. If they treated this and promoted this as their big comeback single without even mentioning ESC, they could make it a hit and then mention ESC the UK public may not be actually ashamed of it anymore haha

Wohoo i used to like them. Even though they got old enough and not famous as much as they used to be, it's a good choise rather sending and artist like Andy Abraham or Scooch. My favorite song was 'Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word' hope they get some helping touch of Elton John.
Good luck!

Not bad at all, considering how hard it is normally to get anyone with a career (not that they have anymore but y'know) to do Eurovision. Not my type of music so I probably won't be much of a fan of the song but it's definitely a step in the right direction.

Now I really hope that they will do well, otherwise nobody with any hint of credibility or fame will touch ESC with a bargepole ever again.

I am not into boy-bands, but Blue is something totally different! :D Excellent choice for the UK! This is a very positive surprise. I used to like their songs a lot (especially "Breathe Easy", "Bubblin' " and "Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word"). Now we just need to hear the entry. I am pretty sure it will be good.

UK may very well end up on my list of favorites for this year :D (just like it happened with Jade two years ago)

ok Gre i dont know where ur from, but as far as im concerned, blue is just a copy cat of nsync , 98 degrees, o-town, backstreet boys, etc.
the boy band went out of style about 8 years ago

Blue >>>>>>>> those bands you mentioned imo

I don't like boybands generally, but I actually appreciate some of Blue's songs though.

Neither O-Town or 98 Degrees had any European success really and I doubt most Europeans have ever heard of them, and NSync didn't become successful until later in their career in Europe.
