Congrats Ukraine!!! :D

This song really grew on me over the week. I'd say it's my favourite Ukraine entry ever actually. Very beautiful performance.

Actually don't think I've been this pleased with a winner in a long time.

I suspect this got very many votes from Slavic and Ukrainian immigrants everywhere in Europe.

Her song was ok, but I don't think she should have won.

I am so happy right now... An authentic, ethnic and personal song from an ARTIST won! Jamala sang from her heart, using her language... Her grand-grandmother should be smiling from her grave right now. I am not a nationalist person but the story of this song was so personal and so familiar to me, i've listened the song over and over again after the bombings in Ankara. I congratulate Jamala from the bottom of my heart xheart

One of the greatest Eurovision winners of all time! Jamala saved her best performance for last and Ukraine, go and enjoy this win because you really, really deserve this win.

Well done Ukraine, this was my least favourite song but that shows I know nothing about music. It must be good if it wins the jury vote and comes 2nd in the televoting.

I am so happy right now xheya Congratulations Ukraine.

Quality and true emotions overruled pompous beats and lack of originality. Apparently many can't look past the political message, but this is so much more than just We Don't Wanna Put In propaganda.

Anyway my vote was well-spent, my favourite won. Yayyyy!

My heart was beating so fast, even faster than last year when my nation won and I nearly cried of happiness. This voting was so incredibly exciting.

I voted 4 times for Australia and 2 for Belgium. When I saw Jamala in the semi-final I didn't really like it that much. Tonight I thought it was magical and beautiful, but I had no idea she was going to win. I would've never have predicted it, I thought she would get a distant 3rd spot from Russia and Australia. To me it is so beautiful that she won. Her song might be political, yes, but this song was chosen as the best from juries and televoters so who are we to complain? Jamala seemed so happy to tell her story and share her message and it just seemed so important for her as the voting was going on. If there is anything I love in life it is to be surprised, and I have never been more surprised of a Eurovision winner. Congratulations Ukraine! Always lovely to see a song in non-english get the win/recognition.

Now to my only worry: does Ukraine have the finances to host next year!?
