Jamala has a wonderful voice, and for that she can only be praised! The song itself is not my style, although it is perfect for Eurovision and will prove very popular with the audience I believe.

Final Verdict
:ua:
2 points
Position I want: 24th
Position I think: 4th

Jamala won Eurostory Award for the best line in the song at ESC 2016 "You think you are Gods, but everyone dies".

As simple and borderline banal that lyric is, I think the award is well deserved. So many people in this world creating fear and destruction, as if that will solve any problems. They seem to forget that we're all on the same sinking ship. Every living creature will die some day, so we should all just enjoy the the time we have together on this planet.

I honestly think that Jamala is the best contendant for victory. Her youtube video from SF2 has more than 1.5 million views (more than Dami). So if you like Ukraine and want her to win, you should vote for her at least once cause EVERY SINGLE VOTE counts.I'm voting 20 times because this masterpiece HAS TO WIN!
Let's bring Eurovision its reputation back.

Not obsessed with the victory (stopped watching the results part in 2009).
Imo people take it too close to heart like the whole world's destiny depends of it  This is crazy (in a bad way) )))
I'm so gonna relax and receive pleasure from watching the entries. Gonna vote for 5 faves of mine unless somebody else susrprises me.

Today's the big day! I'm sure Jamala will give her best. We would be really happy about a victory for this wonderful song and its message but Jamala already has reached millions of Europeans and told her grandmother's tragedic story... So, mission accomplished, dear Jamala, you have made us proud.

Russia = Massproduced copycat popcheese where a fake and plastic melody is covered up by expensive effects.
Ukraine = Pain, suffering and emotions conveyed through a song.

Easy winner.

My biggest wish for tonight is that Jamala will win.
I also support other countries and I think a few other countries would also be good winners (e.g. France and Armenia) but Jamala is by far my preferred winner.
I wish her all the best and good luck!
Europe needs an honest emotional song instead of cheesy plastic.
