However it's true, it wouldn't be fair with his producer as jury member, however they could have just changed that jury member.

So in previous years it was ok that he was in the jury, now it's not ok. LOL.
Tbh this would become his most low result ever and the 3rd consecutive fail imo. After Max is in the final he would lost for sure.

Badoev (Max's producer) said that he won't allow unfair selection and that he will bring observers, cameras and broadcast everything in the web, not sure if he was joking or not

I wouldn't be certain. He has a dreadful draw the host broadcaster obviously don't care enough to put him in the final. There are no mass televotes either, it will be who has the most volunteers with different phone numbers.
