Final allocation:

If doesn't up its game for this year, I wouldn't be surprised to see us miss out on the final - SF2 is essentially "Likely Qualifiers: The Semifinal". Russia, Serbia, Romania, Australia, Norway, Sweden, Hungary, Poland & Ukraine makes up nine, and then you've got those like Denmark/Moldova/The Netherlands/Malta and more who are 50/50s... it's going to be competitive.

On the contrary, SF1 could then allow some extra space for countries that usually struggle - Czech Republic, Macedonia, Croatia, Switzerland etc. - to make it through if they're decent.

As a side note: Based on what I saw of the stream, I'm liking the hosts! They seem natural, engaging and not cheesy, and that's rare for Eurovision hosts in a lot of years. It's no Mans & Petra so far, but they could make for a great year of hosting if they're given a good script.

Also interesting to note that of those 9 qualifiers in the second semi, 6 made the top 10 last year whereas only 2 countries in the first semi this year made top 10 last year

I feel as if all countries in the first semi except for Belgium and Iceland are winners, Bulgaria being the biggest one of course. Finland maybe in the risk zone if Saara doesn't send a great song because they basically only have Estonia to fully rely on. In the second semi I feel that Norway is the biggest loser, even with Sweden and Denmark in it. Their song will probably not be strong enough to make it through such a tough semi, I'd bet 100 dollars that San Marino is out as well.

Hello, it's my first message in this forum Speaking about my country (), we ended up in a so/so situation, obviously we have and in our semi, but I'am not sure if that's really enough to reach the final. Hopefully we will send a decent song, so we could qualify easilly, not counting only on friends

I like this allocation tbh, although indeed I think SF2 will be very tough based on nations' qualification rates.

My impressions:

SF1:
-I feel could be the biggest loser of the first half, and will have a hard time qualifying imo.
- is most likely out again. I don't think will have much chances either.
- and will join forces once again, is likely to qualify now.
-It could go either way for .
- and won't face any trouble.
- shouldn't be harmed by this lineup.

SF2:
-The most obvious non-qualifier here is : even with a good song, they'll have to beat all the regular qualifiers, which isn't impossible but unlikely.
- and are safe imo. Apparently should be as well.
-I could see and be in trouble despite the support from Scandinavia and .
-Chances of aren't looking good on paper.
-I'm not sure what to make of and how will fare It's going to be a difficult semi.
