I don't know why so many people like this song so much.

This is a nice song, that's true but has nothing special. A nice ballad that's all

And too much similar to All the right moves by One Republic, but at least that song had something special about it.

This song is too slow and dark for me, I don't listen to such music. But would I mind it winning? Probably why not. Will see it in May.

Another forgettable ballad from the "ballads pool of 2019".

Hyping much?

Just heard the acoustic performance a little while ago, Duncan sounds amazing live. If they get the staging right for ESC, no doubt in my mind he will be a strong contender for the overall victory

I just watched his acoustic performance and daaaaaayum, this guy jumped to my 3rd place, I believe he's a threat to all other contestants and could win the whole thing if they get everything right!

Seriously though. I need someone to explain. The only thing I got excited about was the guy's naked butt/bum swimming in the water at the start of the music video.

Because we on this forum are betting big for this. Worldvision seems to have an oddly significant impact on the odds and the Eurovision-hype outside here.

I’ve been noticing that in general over the past several years — this forum’s favorites do very well in the odds and pre-contest conversations. Are other forums sharing the same opinions as this one, or are Delegations glued to ESC United specifically? :D

It's not just here. Take a look across YouTube, Twitter etc and a lot of other people are loving this. It seems a bit odd to suggest ESC United alone are an odds influencer SwedishFailurez

The only thing I'm f***ing, is stupid

It was an inside joke of posters here comparing Duncan Laurence's songs including this one to Worldvision winners. My intention of the post is also to point out that I think most bettings are based on individual eurovision-fans betting big based on hype, opposite to the odds being used by the general audience as a collective mass.

That's why I think odds do not reflect the results until the rehearsals.

yes, the only information people betting have right now is OUR OWN reactions as fans. this is why bilal made france soar in the odds at first (people loved roi) and then it fell and stagnated (he won DE and y'all bitter hos never got over it lol). and that's only one example. odds can go so wrong. remember 2014 when austria and the netherlands spend so much of the process outside the top 15? odds are just for fun for now tbh.

I’m listening this on repeat since it’s release now.. can’t describe how proud I am on this entry

I can say I don’t care if it wins or not but secretly, I do care because I think this DESERVES to win. If it does not, I’m still so proud and thankful that Duncan gave us an entry like this. 99,9% sure this is MY winner of 2019

I think, this might be the winner. And it would be a winner i can finally really approve of after a few years. This is in my top 3 for sure.

Juries will eat this up (he is extremely capable live and the song screams jury-winner) and it looks like the public is loving this as well (the GENERAL public, not the ESC bubble).

imo this is definitely winning. I see no competition for this. 350+ from the juries, 250-300 from the televoters.

This reminds me so much of Italy's 2017, so much hype and in the end they might not even win...

I'm starting to actually root for The Netherlands to win the whole thing, damn the song is so good but we still need to see the rehearsals and the ESC staging, all this hype could go down the drain. Let's not get ourselves too excited over a certain song just yet
