I honestly just want Switzerland to do well this year. They've been the darkest of dark horses in this decade for me, I liked all of their entries except for 2010 and 2015, but they always failed to get the appreciation they deserved. ZiBBZ for example were in my top 2 last year and didn't even qualify. Now Luca comes around with such an awesome groove in his song, how can you not swing your booty to that?

Switzerland is very underrated! This song is amazing and of course it deserves to be in the final but Luca needs to be good live!

Tumblr, mostly.
I think both this Swiss entry and the previous one are quite good (never thought I'd write down this specific sentence in any context, ever. Switzerland is one of my least favourite countries in Eurovision), but I also like them for different reasons. "Stones" is a damn powerful song, an epic anti-bullying truth bomb that, instead of pandering to victims incites them to fight back against their insecurities. It was a near-religious experience that gave me everything I ever needed in an entry (wait why am I suddenly starting to type like this? Is Rainywoods rubbing off on me?), aside from qualification, but oh well something I loved WAS going to get murdered in the Red Wedding Semi anyway, I'm just happy it wasn't Ieva or Elina.

"She Got Me" is... um, not nearly as good, but I like it a lot, still. I may like it the most out of all this year's Foureira Tribute Acts, in fact? It is secretly-not-so-secretly a cheap-ass campolicious trashpop anthem that coasts by solely on its earworminess and questionable sex appeal (Luca sort of looks like a baby monkey to me?) which fortunately also makes it destined to flop and become a huge trainwreck. This is an Imri in the making, the Trash-Ho in me is SHAKING.

I'm gonna call it early... The winner will be Malta, Switzerland or Israel... But that could all change depending on staging

Well in the internet polls it‘s very often in the top 3, even leading...(and very rightfully imo)

I meant that Switzerland is generally underrated all the years! This year is true that their entry is very high on polls and most people love it but i still fear that juries won't like it!

Except for last year, I don't recall Swiss entries being underrated. This year they are seriously overrated, even more than two years ago.

In 2011, 2012, 2017 and of course in 2018 Switzerland was underrated i believe! Even in 2016 they had good song but at least that year the live was disaster and it was a fair NQ!

None of them was underrated according to me. Switzerland's image isn't the country of music anyways. They have different interests than singing and playing music.

I've tried to ignore this, because hollow sleazy i'm-trying-to-be-so-cool radio pop is not exactly my fave thing. But it's impossible. That chorus is killer. So damn catchy. X-OI And I have to commend how well it's been crafted/produced, it def has Fuego potential in terms of actually becoming a mainstream hit (not trying to compare them ).

Now this is what Cyprus should've sent if they want to come even close to the results they got last year. Congratulations in advance Switzerland for your best placement this century xcheer
This is very optimist though. There are a lot of pretty guys at the top betting odds so far, some of them obviously have to underperform a bit in favor of some surprise contenders a la Jamala, SunStroke Project, César Sampson etc. and given swiss entries usually have a hard time I can see this being a surprise disappointment so everything above 8th place would also be a big achievement for him.

I hope she asked the Swiss delegation to do it then, and not them asking her do it?
Oh dear oh dear, I really fear for our homie Luca now - especially considering the fact that she's doing Cyprus this year

Neither means: 'not the one nor the other of two things'. As there is a list of 3 the correct term is 'none'
