I hate Sweden.

Hard to pick what puts me off the most about "Revolution", but it might just be the fact that it's SO blatant screams "LET'S WIN EUROVISION". I hope it runs into a brick wall and a disappointing finish in Basel. It is such an arrogant, smug overdog of an entry, and that should be punished with a satisfying downfall.

It's a MEDIOCRE song that is suboptimally staged peppered with notes Måns cannot even hit properly. This has no business being a contender in a fully fair world.

Anyway, if Mans were to win ESC again, it would be like taking twelve steps backwards so absolutely hope it doesn't happened.

"Revolution" is the first NF-Entry of the season that actually got me hyped.
Mans is the first NF-participant this season that actually tries to get those 300+ Jurypoints.

Andreas Lundstedt's song was way better than expected. Too bad he had to be in the same semi as MånsZHomophobicus, but i think he's also just too old for this type of performance, even though he did it well, he's just creepy looking.

KAJ brought a total banger. I just think the song needs a dance break (a brief moment with only drums and unexpected movements a la Blanka's "Solo") before the final chorus, it feels a bit flat the way it is now. I really think they have a chance to win the whole thing, it would really be something new for Sweden and kinda goes with the vibe of other ESC entries this year.

So, Måns.... i just hate the fact that he's back and so overhyped, i wouldn't even have so much against it if everyone in the Swedish media and international fans didn't seem to have decided on that he's sure to win. The people decide though, and i have a feeling, and really hope, that he won't end up winning it.

Even trying to get past my obvious prejudice, the song is just nothing special, though it might still stand out with the low quality of entries otherwise this year.

That being said, Ella being 3rd was really random. The song is complete garbage IMO and i guess people just wanted something different from the two other qualifiers, and because no other song in Swedish qualified so far. Hope this doesn't give her a boost in the final, because the song doesn't deserve it.

Tennessee Tears was just incredibly lame and fake commercial "country" that they just seem to have decided should be in every edition for some reason, and the song might be the most cliche attempt in the genre yet. I kinda wanted to like AmenA, but it just did nothing for me, there was no spirit, no intensity to it.

So i guess my favorites so far are KAJ and Greczula, and very weakly so... really hoping for Scarlet or someone else from Heat 5 to blow us all away.

I've been following everything that KAJ have been doing for quite a while, so I'll leave the proper evaluation of their performance to someone else, but I'm simply delighted to have them in the final. Forcing the Swedish public to listen to you is one thing, but it seems like people actually liked what they heard and saw, and I can assure you many Swedish-speaking Finns are more or less going crazy right now. If KAJ didn't already bring the heat in the semi, they will do so in the final. Sauna, anyone?

I cant believe Loreen is in intimate danger of sharing her record title with Mans for something as inspired and basic as Evolution 😭
I dont know what everyone sees in it, Im failing to see it. Its nice, I can understand top 5 with his charisma but a winner winner??
As a song + performance its more of an Unforgettable than a Tattoo

Unless there’s something else coming up from the internal selections, I think we may be going to Sweden again in 2026. Måns’ song is not a Revolution itself, but in such a weak year, I cannot see any other scenario. Anyway, as I said: still 17 songs left to be released, so anything could happen.

I am so disappointed in all the unwarranted Måns hype. "Revolution" is a huge snooze-fest. Only memorable thing is the last 10-20 seconds with him singing "Revolution" over and over again. Super weak entry relying only on its staging like M&M last year.

A song fanning the flames of revolution - More violence? - during the first half of a so far very chaotic 2025 feels tone-deaf too (or maybe it's just me).

I pray that any other song will win Melfest. My pick would be Klara since she's tried a million times by now and has an actually captivating ear-wormy SONG underneath the staging.

Portugal's pole dancer was a paper tiger, I think it's only possibly France, Czechia or the Netherlands that will be able to challenge Måns in the jury vote. I guess I could see Italy doing well too, but I'm kind of biased because I like that song a lot o_O

"Bara Bada Bastu" was very entertaining.
A very catchy, memorable entry - a breath of fresh air!

Any chance international juries would be voting for it? - Mans' performance was good but I'm so sick and tired of getting the same English-"styled to perfection" kind of songs from Sweden (I'm not mad at Sweden for staging their songs professionally but it would be nice to get such an uplifting song in Swedish for a change).
