I've been chanting along to this song randomly, I think it's something I love to hear casually and it has that throwback/late music feel that brings you memories that didn't exist.

But I'll be very honest and open with you all: Even if it has great potential to win this season, I don't want Sweden to win, based on my biased narrative. Sweden winning again feels as interesting as watching paint dry nowadays, especially since Björkman's ambitions have rubbed me the wrong way and Melodifestivalen stains are found everywhere in Eurovision now. I'm okay with it being in the top 10 or so, but just not winning. HMC still a very good song, however, don't get me wrong.

I must say, unfortunately, that with each listen this one feels more and more "meh" (still it really was our second best choice from the final line-up so not sure what we could do differently). What particularly annoys me is that the chorus is potentially very beautiful, BUT!, I feel like they throw in too many words or sentences for it to flow nicely, it feels slightly "choppy" or clumsy right now, that is probably my main issue.

Well I have to say that Sweden gives me winner vibes this year. The performance is super polished and her vocals are great. Juries will definitely go for it - as for the public we shall see.
(Also it’s my new number one so goooooo Sverige haha)
