Well, I don't see :se: winning. I would like since I think they are the best country of the last decade (the results confirm it), and this song is in my Top 10...

Even if John wins jury voting, I don't see him finishing in the top 5 of the televoting. And I wouldn't be shocked if he finished out of the Top 10 among the televoters too.

Why would this do so bad in the televoting?

I'm still not a fan of the staging, but the song performance was incredible.

I know I will step on many toes when I´m saying this but I guess it has to do with grudging against us in general in this competition the latest years, like last year when many fans said we wouldn´t even qualify for the final, reason? They didn´t like it

It´s sad that some fans really can´t distinguish personal taste and facts/what you think is realistic. (No I´m not saying that you are forced to like or say that our song will do well and so on)

darkaps post above is a perfect example of what it should sound like in the discussion for every country if having any opinions about this or that. The atmosphere would be much better for all

The fact that Sweden is followed by Austria in the running order is quite fostering for Sweden but also for Austria. It is the first climax of this semifinal, because both songs will click and bond with the audience, while the other songs go into one ear and come out of the other. I am curious about tomorrow's rehearsals, but I don't realize any of the upcoming songs has this bonding quality. Maybe the Netherlands, but not for me tbh.

For Sweden, it is particularly nice, because Sweden fatigue is real and sterile pop does not bring it anymore. Soul was the missing ingredient and they found and added it, hallelujah.

Yeah sure.. first climax of this semifinal. Forgetting that Switzerland exists?

Except for being radio-friendly, it has nothing going for it

Loved the rehearsal. Very well done, camera, props, back vocals everything is on point, but (same as Albania) I still do not like the song and the main artist.

I like this entry but do we really believe this wins? I have little to no doubt that Sweden is going to win the jury vote once again but the public seems to be not that fond of Sweden lately. "Dance You Off" wasn't great but I was shocked that this ended so low in televoting. Maybe there is some anti-Sweden bias atm? But if not: while I hoped for other countries to win I wouldn't be too mad. It's a grower.

We have crashed with the televoting two times the latest 10 years, so if that really were the case, we would have failed more times

I don´t think he will win either, but if he still has momentum after the two semis, maybe but otherwise he will get a very good result

do you really believe that the majority of viewers care enough to have these types of biases against Sweden, Australia,... for doing well with the juries the previous year? Absolutely not. The only biases are political ones (Armenia x Azerbaijan, many countries x Russia etc.) but I believe that those get balanced out by a) juries b) major support from other coutries. If Sweden doesn't do well in the televote it will be because the genre is not that popular and familiar in most European countries & people click better with other songs and performances. No need for conspiracy theories here.

Already overtaking Russia. To be honest, if Sweden wins, it's not because the entry is outstanding. It's because other entries have fallen short (and yes, I am talking about The Netherlands).

I was just asking a question. Obviously Sweden did extremely well this decade and they deserved it. But I have to admit that sometimes I discovered a "oh, really? sweden AGAIN?" kind of thought in my head over the years. But it's probably just me or a few eurovision hardcore fans thinking like that and the public won't care that much.

Lmao words can't describe how much I love this entry and John and the Mamas
definitely the entry that's given me shivers and goosebumps just because how good and amazing it is
listened to it for 1 hour straight and will continue to do so this evening xlove

The live version is so much better than the studio version though that I consider to download the live version on my phone just so i can listen to it without using 4G
