But, I hated Lena either (although she's from my country) - I couldn't imagine that anybody would ever vote for her ;) I was wrong - that's life, my taste of music differs from others, obviously ;)

Ya, Saade was crappy, right, but he had a good stage performace, I liked it (but not Loreen's) and I liked that catchy tune of the song. But, I suppose, he wasn't a very good singer.

Good luck to Sweden anyway. It will be a tough year, many favourites, we will see some surprises, in both positive and negative ways.

You're basically right, but Euphoria's case is different. Euphoria IS good.
And just because something is not a piece of high art but a commercial success and a club tune, doesn't mean it's bad.

I agree, it feels like a lot of people dislikes Euphoria just because it was such a success.
I bet that if it would only end up as 14th no one would say that Euphoria is bad.

Exactly. We can have something like Euphoria (:se: 2012) and, say, Ninanajna (:mk: 2006) -both dance/club/pop/whatever-we-call-them, but there's a big difference in quality.

A grower...I like it more everytime I listen it to. It's not great, but listenable. Cheesy but not annoying which is hard to get.

And cause all of you mentioned let's make the comparison between Popular and Euphoria:
First of all Popular end up as my 2nd in general and 1st in the final (cause :by: was out). Euphoria was my 3rd both in general and in the final. Actually Euphoria was a deserved winner cause neither :lt: and :is: (my top 3 for 2012 was :12::lt: :10::is: and :8::se:) so I am kinda pleased. But and Popular could actually had won if :it: wasn't a come back country and :az: hadn't be "underrated" (well some people said that they won cause they didn't at 2010 and 2009) the other years. Also Popular is my 11th all time fave and Euphoria somewhere between 15-20. Also it's clear that Loreen is much more better singer than Eric. BUT PERSONALLY I prefer Eric as singer, cause actually he is great in the kind that he sings. Also I prefer his songs too from Loreens.

Well I prefer clearly Eric but none denies that Eophoria wsd deserved winer xshrug

OMG, Sanna has released the MV of "Undo", it's beautiful, but it's kinda too boring and simple, still, mi piace :D

I kind of like the fact that Sanna appears "präktig" and "helylle" (I do not know the appropriate English equivalents of these words, but I guess everyone gets the meaning - good girl perhaps, except she's no girl anymore, she's a woman). I also think this approach can be an advantage in ESC and indeed can get her some extra voting boost. However, she can also be pretty cool as in the following picture from the opening night of Friends Arena in Solna 2012.

She will have a black short dress, "It will sparkle, be lots of stones, lace, short and black", she says in an interview. The designer Camilla Thulin says "She will look like a sparkling coal jewel".

I'm not sure if I like the choice or not, but I cannot come up with anything better so I hope it will look nice!
