What happens with Drip Drop? i haven't known ESC yet that year xshrug

2010 was seen as a close race between :de: and :az:, or at least, :de: was set to win, but it was feared that a big-5 mayn't win, was only menaced by :az: Drip Drop...

Then Safura got the 1st spot in the final, and she indeed finished only 5th, behind :dk: In a moment like this (typical Eurovision song, coul have win with decent singers), :ro: Playing with fire (great Paula & Ovi, despised by fans, but awesome on D-Day), and :tr: We could be the same (a great Eurovision moment as well, would have made a great winner). Safura's song was really great, but she was a :? singer. :az: learnt from it and now proposed people like Dilara, Sabina or Farid, great vocalists :) )

I'm just asking why did iowacorn say the revamp made "Undo" sounds like "Drip Drop" :), i know Safura isn't a great singer, but it's only because of her pronouncation, isn't it?

Ah, good old days. I think I will never forget that final. I was watching alone because everyone was like '' uh if Sweden don't competes I don't want to watch ''. During Safura's performance it started raining outside, when she was done it stopped.
I even betted money on Safura to win, she seemed to crush everyone else until Lena took the stage with her big smile and her flirty attitude. I am still happy Lena won, one of the best winners so far, but that night both Azerbaijan and Denmark was potential winners.

haha it reminds me 2012. The weather was apocalyptic with non stopping rain. It rained much more than any day in the last 50 years. It even rained in the house, because the walls began to be damp and the water infiltrated through the tiles. Television went back and on through the songs. Internet collapsed. And during :rs: performance I was with the mop, sponging the floor...

And, the day before I was still enjoying the bursting sun of England...

Those days ! :D

I loved 2012, it was really nice weather outside, my family threw a BBQ and a lot of relatives showed up and all stayed to watch Eurovision (I bet it was like 20 persons in my living room) and we all cheered of happiness when Loreen won :D except for my cousins boyfriend who had bet about 30 dollars on Russia.

I know it's really late to say this but...

Ace should've won and Martin Steinmarck should've qualified instead of Linus. He was sooooo robbed. xshock SOOC And I actually liked Linda Bengtzing's song this year. The one year that I like a song of hers, it doesn't qualify. xdoh

The end of my very late rant. :)

I just can't see Sweden winning only 2 years after their last win. This is impossible.

Nah my money's still on Armenia to win, although I'd prefer "Undo" to win.

oh they were really bland, and clearly under the level required by the song...

Nevergreen missed a lot of notes and they clearly lacked of charisma... I don't know why it should be an offense to say it. They don't even have a real career in music... :?

After DMGP, I thought Denmark would win easily. But Lenna had it all, and I still think with better singers, it could have won.
