To be honest I think Ace's would have been a tricky one to stage in ESC: she would have needed backing vocalists (for those "shouts" in the chorus) therefore fewer dancers or none at all.
I hope she'll be back too

I think that can be solved in the same way that Lena (and her team) did in Taken By a Stranger. Replace 2 or 3 of the original dancers with backing vocalists who can also dance (with maybe a simplified choreography for them). It would've been very doable, imo

Not sure besides 2011 also used the background to "amplify" the number of dancers and it looked good because the girls were wearing those silver costumes and their movements were not as quick and "varied" as those of Ace's dancers.
And also the shouting in the chorus couldn't have sounded that good I think. But that's just my viewpoint, who knows...

I for one am happy that Ace lost. Because tbh I really didn't like the little show SVT put on for us in Malmo last year and if Ace won MF then we'd only be back in Sweden in 2015 and I'd probably give up on the ESC then.

I'm so happy for Sanna! Her dream came true! Even happier that Ace's crap song didn't win! For 2 points!!! Happy that Yohio flopped (stop acting live a diva honey, you're nothing). EXTREMELY HAPPY that Anton came last both in televoting and juries! That "do people want a real popstar (refering to himself) or a Sanna Nielsen?" ate him alive! Anton you got your answer, people want a Sanna Nielsen! Now he's blaming the media for his flop! Oh please!

I am so proud of my Alcazar! I knew they weren't going to win but they came 3rd both in juries and televoting! Their performance was fantastic! They got extremely strong reactions from the public in the arena. Generally the arena guessed correctly the top 3. I knew Sanna was going to win the moment she stepped on Friends' stage. The audience went crazy as soon as the playback kicked in.

Unfortunately I didn't get to see Alcazar after the final. Only Tess screamed a "Heeeeeey Ifiiiiiiii!" when they were leaving the green room after the interviews. I met many other artists though and [MENTION=5442]Starmania[/MENTION] from the forum!

Generally my weekend was full of Helena! Especially yesterday. Anyway, Sweden 12 points!

I supported Alcazar as well, and couldn't meet them
I'm so shocked with Anton. He had the last place with the international jury votes, alright. But the public votes ? That made me really shocked.
I suppose it is because the public votes for Anton and Oscar were divided due to their similar fanbase.
Also thought that Yohio would get 1st place in public votes, but this time it was really low percentage comparing to other top 3 acts.
Cannot predict what Sanna will do in ESC. She never gave up and now it's her moment to wave the Swedish flag. I hope she does well.

yohios problem was definetly that he was overexposed. i swear he was on every single tv show in sweden last year so people lost their interest in him. if ace could just avoid that then people will definetly be here for her next year.

I'm not sure how to feel now after the results and the fact that Ace got more jury points. I feel Sanna's song is better when watching it on tv, but I might enjoy Ace's song more when just listening.

If Sanna is another Bergendahl, does that mean we will not be as unlucky with the draw this time and still qualify? I remember at some point close to that competition 10 songs from her semi had lower odds to win esc than the biggest favourite from the other semi! And in that tough semi she ended 11th with a score that would place her 8th in the other one. Later 7 songs from her semi made it in the top 10 and only 2 did from the other semi.

Very strong song from Sweden. Happy to see them back after a disappointing choice last year. I don't see any reason why this won't finish at least Top Ten in Denmark. Top Five is possible too.

With that said, Sanna needs an image makeover. I was shocked to find out she's only 29. I legit thought she was in her 40s. I think it's the soccer-mom hair that ages her. Definitely something to work on though.
