Brilliant. Congrats Sweden thread for finding a whole new level of absurdity with the tone of conversation. I have no idea what makes a song "good gay" or "bad gay" and to be honest I'm not sure that I ever want to know.

Well if we want to get technical, Amanda Lear is very avant-garde, underground gay.

This is boring, sounds like something's missing, and it's below standards for Sweden. It's not bad, though, I'd give it 6 points in the poll. Sanna has a great voice, but this doesn't change the fact that the song is nothing special.

Btw, does anyone mention that the melody in the first part of the verses sounds a bit similar with the chorus of "Angel" of Adrian Sina feat. Sandra N? Of course I don't say it's plagiarism or anything like that, but it really reminded me that song's chorus a lot.

I didn't watch MF this year, but because I saw many people talking about Ace Wilder's entry, I listened to that one too, and I'm not really fond of it, but it sounds like a song with more potential in this year's ESC (it's much more catchy and modern).

OK, Sanna has won. Some of us love it and some of us don't... but there is nothng we can do about it now. So let's just face the fact that she is the one who is gonna represent Sweden this year. I love the song, but I dont really like the presentation of it. I think it's quite dull. I want the stageing to be more exotic, more Swedish, more different than black dull clothes that looks like expensive training clothes. HOW do you think Sanna could make this song to be more entertaining just by changing clothes or making it somewhat different in stageperformance?

When I use the word "gay" it's only in lack of a better word. In danish I would say "konet" but it's impossible to tranlate Anyone can have a "gay" taste imo. Maybe the word "decadent" would be better? That's definitely how I would describe Carola, Charlotte Perrelli, Alcazar, Malena Ernman, Sanna Nielsen etc...

I think I actually quite like the staging. The set with the hanging diamonds is simple but effective. I don't really know what to say about the catsuit she wore. It didn't bother me but perhaps she could wear something more exciting.

It doesn't matter what Sanna wears she'll just come across as middle age lady anyway

There really isn't anything you can do with this song beyond what they already have Adding dancers or any type of choreography will only make this corny song look even more ridiculous and Sanna's already over the top expressions/movements do that enough already

I agree with you. The set with the hanging diamonds is simple but effective. But somehing is missing. I really don't like the catsuit or whatever it is. But I don't want any big changes. I just don't like that black suite I guess. But I don't know what would suit the song?

That's not entirely true. She's had a career since 1996, long before she first ever appeared in MF and from what I can see, she's had at least 4 songs on the Swedish charts since Empty Room that were not MF songs. I'm sure she'll be more than fine.

I loved the final. Opening was great, the Abba medley was wonderful, the songs overall were good (I guess if you listen to them more than once, you'll be satisfied with them ). Great job Sweden!

Sweden tends not to do very well when the MF results are close Sanna and Robin are the only ones who had International and not Regional juries. I do predict a similar result for Sanna that Robin got though it feels right
