Personally, I think it's quite uninteresting. She IS born in Sweden and if she feels Swedish and "act" accordingly, then she's Swedish.

Hi everybody! This is my first post at this forum; I've been an ESC fan for ages but haven't joined you guys until now, but I've been lurking around for a while!

I just wanted to introduce myself and say these 3 things:


1: I believe Euphoria is the best entry Sweden has sent for a very long time, and like other Swedes here I kind of feel like if we don't win this year then we never will, haha! But I have many favorites this year, but I am very very proud of the swedish entry and I really feel like we could win.


2: The only entry that I literally cannot stand this year is Spains. I dislike Norway a lot as well but Spain is the only entry that annoys the crap out of me, and being of latinamerican descent I've had my fair share of sappy ballads, and this is NOT one of the good ones (a bit off-topic but I just had to say it)! Granted her voice is a 10 but JESUS LADY stop screaming..


and then finally point number 3, which may have been the main reason for me finally posting: Loreens father did not leave her family when she was a child - he died. It felt kind of unfair haha, just thought I would point it out.

Because it isn't.
Most Swedes here don't say anything about her winning. Most Swedes adore her - YES that is correct - and hope she will win. But most Swedes don't wan't to say anything about the outcome, we just hope (like many other members here hope for their country).
When I've counted up all opinions there are five Swedes who thinks she's going to win. When I 've counted all non-Swedes there are about 50 who think she's going to win.
