Eurovision 2022: Rockin '1000 involved, registration in Piazza San Carlo


On the Rockin '1000 website we read the following, regarding their performance:

We will be part of the Eurovision Song Contest in Turin! We will record the commercial that will be used across Europe and other special content, which will be broadcast live in May. We will need musicians and singers and they will join us from all over Europe! Registrations will take place on 7 and 8 April, and there is time to register until 31 May, but be quick! The seats will go away in the blink of an eye!

Other things are then specified: the performance will be held in Piazza San Carlo, the most famous and central of Turin.

It seems to be as big (or even bigger) than Dusseldorf 2011... and gonna be very elevated, too

I know that the rings are going to rotate, but is the flooring going to rotate as well!? How ambitious is this project!? :eek:

We are only at the beginning. The "Death Star" (currently under construction) will also land on the Turin stage 👹😆

I thought the flooring would be rotating the wheels, but now I'm confused again

The stage in motion doesn't look so special. I was hoping for something more ground breaking, but this is yet another geometric LED edition of a stage.

Unfortunately, I think the broken motors are the reason why the stage can´t be as brilliant as it was intended to be.
