I like the jury votes 
I think my tastes are well reflected by the juries
Based on jury votes,
won the second semi and won the first semi
I'm not the only one who liked them, it makes me happy
Overall, I'm happy that had support from both the televoters and the juries. So, in my book, they won fair and square.
Not too surprised that Dino didn't fare too well with the juries.

France was 12th in juries,they didnt like it..!
But Ireland 6th?wtf?
I like more the juries points,although my country did better in televoting.
Russia last in juries!
U.K. had low points in juries becouse in the rehersal the boys were TOO bad!Out of tune many times!

I agree with Sabiondo! Except for all the countries from the category ,,Send a drunk cicken singing about Pizza and still qualify" had lower results with the juries. If it would've been by the jury also , and would've missed the Final. It wasn't enough for them that they killed and . Then in the Final, probably upset they didn't manage their plan, they started picking on and .... I think next year and should be careful what they send because I think it's our turn to be killed....

It's good to see that Blue got the result they deserved based on their Saturday night performance, I knew they were brilliant . As for the Juries, I didnt think Blue were bad enough to come bottom 5 but oh well, what can you do.
As for the others, I really dont know why the Juries loved Italy so much, I never expected it! And Sweden was only 2 points behind Azerbaijan in the Televote, my prediction was nearly half right! It's good that we had no run-away winner and it's interesting to see the differing results between Juries and Televotes!

For me, Italy's result is what was expected. Their song was the jewel of this edition, so the number one of the juries ranking was expected, but as it's a jazzy song, 11th for the televote was also expected.

I think the combined votes were the best, though Italy winning would've been way better (and Russia being last ).

Well I am shocked. Juries should be changed.
How can they put UK to No. 22 or Russia LAST for example? But rate Denmark so high? How could Denmark end 5th with Jury giving them the 3rd place and yet the Televote only 18th.
The head of german Jury said that they were advised to listen to the songs several times so how could Blue be punished so hard for maybe not a perfect performance?
I think the Jury voted pretty much for voices. See Slovenia and Austria in their top five. Sure both had good voices but the songs were really bad. So they gave them very high points? Yet maybe Sweden didn't have the best voice but a good song with great performance so they didn't give many points?
Last time I checked it was still called SONG contest and not VOICE contest. It's the mix that matters and yet Juries sometimes only judged voices.
And don't even get me started on Lithuania being the juries no. 1 in semi 1???

May I just point out that EVERY participating country has a jury consisting of five people? It is not ONE jury voting together, giving out like a thousand points, it's 43 juries, giving out 58 virtual points which are combined with the televote points. Conspiracy theorists should take that into consideration.

In my opinion jury votes reflect the overall quality of songs and singers much better than televoters, I am glad juries are there.

Considering these juries and telephone voters results I repeat once more: abolish the juries!
Obviously a good song will never be judged in a fair way if it's from any Ex-UDSSR or Ex-Yugo state. In contradiction to that the juries will always vote for "high standard" songs, at least for what they think is "high standard" - Italy, Lithuania, Austria... strong ballads which represent the original idea of Grand Prix de la Chanson... but we're living in 2011, there aren't only Chansons any more but also modern pop culture, dance, show... so don't punish those songs by voting them that low, dear juries!!!

I agree. The bland pop songs with cheesy lyrics and predictable melodies score high and anything that's a little bit more complex received medium to low points. I clearly agree with the jury votes and if we had to get rid of something it would have to be the televotes. But I like the fair and even field now so I'm very happy with everything!

@Joyride... we were "saved" (not so much anyway) by the juries in 2010 so I don't think that they are prejudiced against ex-USSR. As for "good song/performance" - it's all subjective. Last year the jury supported Lena and she was really different comapring to Raphael.
