Isn't this song in the same wheelhouse as France 2022? I could see the outcomes being the same

:1: from me - it´s just exhausting and annoying (in my opinion) - some chaotic noise I honestly don´t get.
I really want to like it because like @aef I value the "musical quality" and honestly, I´m happy it´s part of the Grand Final because it shows a different side of :es: and will enrich the contest this year in terms of originality and diversity.. but to me, it´s just an atmospheric vibe (and not really a song on its own).

I loved "Shum" and "Fulenn" but I can´t get into this song.. I really tried - I´m happy the televoting´s favourite won and that :es: got such a brilliant performance but it´s not my cup of tea and I can totally see this being in my personal bottom 5.

A side note, I think it's the first time in many years that a Spanish entry has the full support of their fanbase from the very beginning. The last artist with such a support was Pastora Soler in 2012, and that was internal selection.

Not seeing Vicco in Liverpool will be the biggest letdown for me in the entire 2023 competition.

It's sad when you lose one of your absolute favourites, but console yourself by thinking that she's already got one of the biggest hits in Spain this year.

I might be wrong, because I don't follow what's happening on social media, but surely no one had any problems with Miki once the Muérdeme girl did a Roxen before Roxen herself did a Roxen.

Well, i still wait the year where i will finally love and "stan" (like some fans say) a spanish entry. I'm following Eurovision since 10 years now and the only one i could like (but still not love) is Barei song. Need to wait one more year then ....

It's a 3 for me, because it's an artistic song, well staged and shows a side of spanish culture but i just can't listen to it

Visually it is bery artsy, like Greece 2019, song-wise it's somewhere between Ukraine 2020, France 2021 and Portugal 2022
Greece 2019? Are you referring to the music video or the live staging? Because the live staging was pure nightmare fuel! That, plus some atrocious decisions regarding backing vocals, destroyed one of my favourites for that year.

Thanks for reminding me, in this sad moment. :) Maybe it could even be a hit in more countries than Spain.
