The revamp really helps, I think. Spain had been slowly but surely falling down my ranking, but the revamp has pushed them back up into my top 10. It just makes the song sound so much more complete.

The revamp hasn't changed the song significally for me. Nor my ranking

Say Yay is number 1 on iTunes for the 3rd time. I don't know if that means something or not but that's the first time ever for a Spanish entry.

I don't think so. I think at least "Amanecer" and "Dancing in the rain" were number 1 too.

No, Amanecer never reached the number 1. Dancing in the Rain just with the final version, and for some hours.

I'd swear both did at least twice: when they were chosen and during the Eurovision week.

Hmmm this one is trying to go places where Barei vocals can't take us. It is fun but.. I don't think this is a good song, I don't get the meaning of saying yay. 3 pts.

I still think this song will do very well in Stockholm - mostly because I expect a fun, energetic and interesting performance from this perfectly charming spanish girl! People will remember her when they pick up their phone.

Exactly, the song itself is not really very special, but the girl definitively adds something extra. There is something likeable about her, her spirit and energy just enchant you :)

After last year I would have thought Spain would have learned its lesson of sending a young woman to shout at us from the stage ;) And unfortunately Barei doesn't have a good song behind her like Edurne :(

5 points.

This "The 90's meets Disco" sound is very distinctive, only Finland has got something similar this year but that song doesn't even get closer to "Say Yay". It's going to be loved in Stockholm and I expect great things from Spain on stage, a very energetic performance. You'll see. At the moment, this is my only clear potential winner.
