Nothing else, but I'm so surprised about this. He said he wouldn't return to ESC and now this, I'm so confused... First Chenoa, now David... And TVE still quiet. What are they waiting for?

He says he has a song that he knows that people would love and would be a big contender to win.

However, he says: "they would have to believe in me as much as I believe in ESC and myself" and sometimes "it's so difficult to convince a great company" (I think he means TVE).

He says he doesn't think about going to ESC unless he can choose his own song. "I know what I would do in Eurovision. I would go with a song I already have, and it's there, and I know people would love it. It would be a big contender". These are his words.

And he still don't know anything...

Spanish broadcaster TVE is finalising their selection process in which they will select their representative to the Eurovision Song Contest 2012. The process will be finalised before the end of this year.

According to eurovision-spain.com, this was stated by Federio Llano, the deputy of TVE Festivals and head of the Spanish delegation at Eurovision, during the launch of Christmas programming by the public broadcaster yesterday. “By the end of the year we will know something about the Eurovision selection process,” Llano said briefly, who did not give any details about the possible selection method.

Therefore, it is not clear if TVE will select their entry to the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 via a pre-selection series, a national final or a complete internal selection.

I think they could be working to convince some famous singer and then a NF to choose the song, cause there weren't news about submitting songs and there is really no time to start to call for songs THAT LATE. But with TVE who knows...

Don't expect big names and a big show, TVE is not interested in Eurovision, they only stay in the competition because of the good Tv ratings and because is relatively cheaper (compared to other series such as Aguila Roja), we will only get some semi-famous names and medicocre songs again...I don't expect anything good from them unless they change their attitude towards the ESC...

It's TVE, there's plenty time to organize a NF of very low quality in a very brief period of time, they did so in 2008 and well, you know the Chikiresult...I'm sure they will make call for sings somehow...

But in 2008, we knew before about the plans and at this time we were already voting on the internet + Nobody said they wouldn't mind to go to ESC.
But yeah, who knows with TVE...

You know a big nothing is when they withdraw so be happy that you participate at all )))

Russia hasn't stated aything yet and they are going to have a big NF with 20 songs as always .
THAT LATE is not actually that late.

Actually I'm a BIG supporter of La Casa Azul. They have a song called "Colisión Inminente (Red lights, red lights)" that appeared on some spanish fansites as a possible candidate for ESC2012. A 3min version of this song was posted in youtube... judge for yourself:

It's the perfect candidate & song for me!!

"Revolucion Sexual" should've gone to ESC!!!!!! Would've been amazing (although not in the scoreboard).

PS: Julien, I don't know where you get your 52 posts from, but the *only* posts I have seen from you are a diarrhea of racist or demeaning comments on entries and/or countries. Maybe you could grow up a little and actually contribute something to the forum.

Anyway, I love this song, yet I know it's kinda risky to send an indie entry. It's the type of song that you like OR completely dislike.
