Zala Kralj and Gašper Šantl (please, pronouce Š as SH in English
shoe) are both from Maribor. She is 19 and he is 22. She is/was studying to be a librarian (well, this explains her energy deficit), whereas Gašper told that he went on bike to Prague after finishing high school, where he got a job in a music studio. Recently he returned and he met Zala, and soon they became a couple. Today, when asked by a famous Slovenian radiohost about that scandal with Lea Sirk's cursing, Zala said she herself (i.e. Zala) actually "enunciated" a dirty word as well as soon as she realised that she and Gašper won - basically, everyone - including Zala and Gašper - believed/were convinced that Raiven would go to Tel Aviv. This explains their "rigid" reaction to their victory. Basically, everyone was convinced that Raiven would win, but Slovenians gave Raiven a huge slap by giving (as you all know by now) 72% of votes to Zala and Gašper.
Another interesting fact. It is possible that at least part of the song will be in English in ESC. Today they were asked this question by several people in their chat with viewers at RTV SLO. Anyways, they did not deny the possibility nor confirmed it, however, this is a huge change in their wording. If they refused categorically that they would translate the poem to English on the night of their victory, today they left at least this option on the table.
And as for Rene... Come on, guys, I am not shocked that he came last, he was ridiculous in those shiny pants. What bothers me is that INMATE was only seventh!!!!! I was convinced that they would go to superfinals. On the other hand, Lumberjack 6???? Seriously? That youngster with that disturbingly receding hairline was nothing but screaming for 2 minutes. How could that come 6???? Yet, Kim.... Ahahahaa, whoohaaa
She looked like the lost sister of the Kardashian clan with bad stylist
