The Slovakian broadcaster RTVS has not decided on their entrant yet, but they have confirmed that they already have a few participants and ideas in mind. All that’s for sure is that the broadcaster will decide internally and therefore, that there will be no national final in 2012.
The Slovakian broadcaster expects to announce their entrant sometime during in January 2012.

YAY! Great news (but surprising news though considering the Polish withdrawal and Slovakia's own trackrecord in this).
NOOOT Miro plz! They can do so much better than some tweeny rock with silly hair. The fact that they went from confirming him as a participant, to not even mention his name in this confirmation, might mean he is out of the game (hopefully).

I am so glad that they confirmed participation. I don't know why but they are a ESC underdog and I tend to root for the underdog.

Twiins should NOT comeback, but if they do they have to have a good song atleast (2011 entry was pretty crap imo)
Actually, I think the song was weak, but their performance was pretty good though (I mean as good as it could get with that entry).

I liked the Twiins, and I liked the song, but it was just too unremarkable to ever have a shot at the final. Slovakia's one the ESC countries that really needs to come up with something original or a smash hit if it wants to reach the final.

I am not sure what they should do. Slovakia was always underrated and imo they almost always send great entries (apart from 2011 & 1994).
It's just one of those countries that always gets overlooked it seems. For them to stand a chance they must send something like Lordi, but then again that was crap and the gimmick has been done already... two trick ponies never really work..
