Re: SERBIA 2012 - Željko Joksimović
Why...
I doubt he'll do as well, as he's so fucking boring, though we could say pretty much the same thing about Dima in 2008...
Why...

I wouldn't count a top5 for sure. Not with the juries.Good, at least Serbia will keep sending their entry in Serbian. Kudos for that, and Joksimovic is sure to reach top 5, IMO.
Ok, it will be interesting to see what will he sing. The fact that Hari Mata Hari is back, makes this even more interesting.I thought Serbians were fed up with him, and voila here he is again.

I can't really imagine what will he compose, as he noted this will be something entirely different for the contest, and won't look like his previous songs like Lane Moje, Lejla or Oro.
He noted that next time he goes to ESC (and that is.....now) he "is going to write a song that will win Eurovision". So his personal ambition is to bring ESC back to Belgrade. Will he succeed, we'll see
Oh, and judging from his interviews, it doesn't seem we can expect a ballad from him this time.
I don't wanna sound corny, but I liked (and still do) these two songs from him:
Guilty pleasure
I like other songs by him (and he does really have a range of styles) as well.
To be honest, it would be nice to see a great song by him. However, I have lost faith that any of the ex-yu's will win soon (and especially with a song sang on an ex-yu language). Since Dino got his 6th place (and was kinda knocked by the juries), I am not that hopeful. But I want to be proven wrong and get my hope and belief back.![]()

On the contrary! I think juries love this stuff.I wouldn't count a top5 for sure. Not with the juries.

Zeliko will take for sure 8,10 or 12 points from Greece.
