Ah loving all the fall out of SF2 and the some of the comments made! To all the countries that qualified, congrats, to all those that didn't, shame, next year my friends. You know, i have been reading this website since the national finals and read all the hate directed at songs, especially from those countries that there songs didn't qual over the last few days.
What i have learned from this site is that the people commenting do not represent the general population of europe at all, otherwise all the polls, comments etc would reflex the final make up that is competing on Sat.
In fact, i would of been part of the general naysayers on this forum re my own country, ie Ireland, and am shocked to see them in the final, but in a good way! They represented my and my nation, they did their best, they sang as well as they could, and yes they got through against all the bad that was said about them, but they did me proud as my representative, and the rest of ye should feel the same for those representing you too.

Yeah. I was very upset aswell. Poli deserved to be in the final and not other joke entries that are totally crap.

Shame for the Netherlands (i'm sorry, i like it, okay?!) and Ireland getting through worries me. They don't even sing their song >.<. God i hope it doesn't win.. Feel tired just thinking about the amount of times they'll be on the tele.
But besides that, i think its pretty decent draw all around.

Can't blame pollitics (i'm sorry but thought of Turkey and Armenia saying its pollitical made me giggle and still does), can't really blame bloc voting etc on the ones that didn't get through.

Though Moldova? seriously? with the funny hats and... wheres the grandma banging the drum? I think that was the only real "wtf?" moment that happened in the living room.

Overall though i think this isn't as high as the standard has been the last two years.

I never thought I'd say this before last night's semi, but here I am:
I am thrilled with Moldova qualifying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I enjoyed every second of it!!!!!!!!

Other than that, I am sad only for Cyprus not qualifying and very happy for Estonia (just because I bet my money on them for this year's winners of the competition), Romania, Denmark and Ireland. And that's just about it.

not surprised with estonia, BiH and sweden qualifying, it was expected and deserved.
I will also say that sweden has grown on me (still not a huge fan tho)

dissapointed with bulgaria's results. they were much more deserving than some that made it to the finals. it was in my top 5 yesterday - good song, great performance...don't know what happened, sorry guys :(

belarus :cry::cry:
I know it wasn't a good performace but still...I will always regret this 1 :(

it will be very exciting finale, lots of potential winners and I can't wait to see which way europe goes this year xafro

I just saw a bit from the first semi again and sound in semi final 2 was so much better its a joke. All songs sounded horrible in semi 1 while sound was great in semi 2. Hope this means Hungary still has a chance to win now that the sound has apparently been fixed.

Are you watching Ireland in the press conference? Hahahahahah!! Jedward are Gods, I didn't like their song first, but they are so funny :D

They are Awesome, right?? You should see them in X Factor UK, Every week they entertain the British Audience...It's Hilarious! Have no idea why they are hated by so many people though!?!? btw, Loved their performance last night too~~~~ Always love seeing them have fun and jumping around onstage!!! LOL
