That has just made my year. What a special moment. I wanted to cry but my jaw was too open wide and smiling. I thank ESCUNITED so much for getting my words to Valentina. She really has been a light in what have been a crumby past few years for me. I feel I can relate to her so much. I do feel the pain and longing in her voice when she sing's but these moments she has turned into something beautiful. Valentina is the most humble, warm hearted woman. I love herxcry1 And now she knows how much I do.

Thank you once more. A very special moment.

It was such a sweet message and so amazing for her to hear your kind words after you supporting her for all this time :)

RainyWoods, my thought extactly (except the Rona part, never was a fan of the song, althought that girl has a voice!). I feel like you just took those words out of my mouth :) Enough said, really. Ife Valentina doesn't qualify into the final, I will really throw the remote into the TV. Just joking :D

greece and conwel97 I wanted to cry but my smile was too big:mrgreen: It was unbelievable. It was very special for me to see Valentina receiving my words. I seldom cry (although I am a very emotional person) but Valentina and Rona are the only two from Eurovision who have made me watery eyed with their music.

Believe me I know exactly how you feel and why it is so important for you. After all you are her biggest fan here so it was understandable that you would do it one year. Next year it will be Kaja :D. And then you will cry. ;)

Well Im speculating. If San Marino dosn't qualify this year maybe it's the end of San Marino in ESC for many years to come......well if they only can afford a composer who no one else wants to hire ... then maybe it's for the best too.

@Matt are you guys going to the Euro Fan Cafe tonight for Ralph's 40th anniversary as a composer party? I'm foaming around the mouth at the thought of a possible live Jazz version of "Maybe" being performedxheat

We were there for a while. We left early as we were all exhausted and needed some beauty sleep. So unfortunately we didn't see any performances.

I would probably start screaming like a little girl and then started crying :) But I doubt this will happen, she probably won't want to go for the fourth time.

She said "Maaaaayyybe" ;). And when Valentina says maybe it is a probably yes. Or who knows maybe she will be the host of the next contest

Well, that's true. She said maybe after last year's contest and then the rumors turned out to be true :D So you're telling me that they'll host the contest in her house? :D Just joking :)

Same thing  I would really like to see, how San Marino would host ESC if they ever win :)

Yes me too. It is a very beautiful country (even Mrm admits it) after all ;)

I hope she will be lucky this time and qualify to the final! Her song is amazing, her voice is great, so... San Marino deserve a spot in the final this year! Finally!

I'm assuming Rainywoods hasn't posted yet is because Valentina on the red carpet looking as amazing as she did was too much for his poor wee heart.

I still haven't recovered from my special video moment from a couple of days ago. My poor wee heart couldn't handle the obvious red carpet perfection right now.
