I apologized to you for that you mention now form a year ago..and after that I didn't offend you again...I know that and that is the most important..

I don't recall any apology. I just remember you messaging me saying you didn't want to argue. I said cool and that I didn't want to argue either but then I explained to you why I was offended by your comments which used mental health as an insult to which I got no reply from you. Instead I was treated to random videos of folk singers, as if my message never got through to you. I've not once heard the magic word from you, "sorry". You just don't want to understand how others might feel.

I don't know Mrm's age but I would hope than he is a very young gentlemen. Adults wouldn't resort to insulting someones looks.

The other funny thing is that he says that he is aware that he is a bad person, yet he plays the role of the villain so hilariously bad. Calling for the moderators every 5 minutes when someone calls him "darling" or makes a joke. He's not a very convincing rebel.

I'm 24 years old, and I call moderators because I've read rules of the forum, I found that as an insult to me as user and in rules they say users can't be insulted in a any way..If I insult anybody, I insult participants of ESC in the forum and not other users, and if I write smth inappropriate I will get a reaction from moderators, you are not the one, so in the future when you comment on my writing on any ESC participant I will ignore, just like I will ignore all your comments to me.......THAT'S ALL FROM ME!

Ok dear, that's alright. I'm sorry that I offended you with my comment. It would be nice to know which part offended you though.

You seem to be a person with strong feelings. Someone who's very easily offended. You got upset when Odalis called you "darling" and when I referred to you as possibly being Valentina Monetta in disguise. Obviously your feelings were hurt so much in those instances. It's strange that you are so easily offended and you openly speak out about it here, declaring how you are contacting the moderators YET you are unable to see how being a self declared "bad" person isn't a great thing. How some of the things you have said could have offended others.. but oh well, never mind. You've been extremely entertaining. I'm sure i'm not just speaking for myself when I say thank you, thank you for the laughs. I look forward to the moderator inspecting my messages. I would like to ask all ESCUNITED members to pray for Odalis and I. We will surely need it.. and don't worry Mrm, I haven't reported any of your messages even though I easily could. Mrm, good for you to consider the forum rules. Maybe you should consider the rules of law as well. Publicly calling someone an insect and a cockroach in a forum like this is an insult punishable by law in most civilized countries. I am surprised the mods let you walk away with such behavior. Valentina likely doesn't know about you, or has better things to do than to take you seriously. But if she did, it would not only be you in her attorney's crosshairs but Matt, the mods and the forum as well. They are playing a risky game here to win nothing but a stream of rants, insults and derogatory remarks.

I didn't have everything I wanted as a child. As a matter of fact, far from it. I was however brought up to have manners and respect. I simply dislike it when people cruelly insult others.

Let's all hold hands, sit around a camp fire and sing kumbaya.

This forum feels strongly about respecting each and every member which is why we do not allow personal attacks. We are getting criticized by some folks for that (for the Record: It's not a Freedom of speech issue). The purpose for that rule is so everyone can share their thoughts and feelings about basically anything without having to worry about being bullied, attacked or scared away. Once someone starts attacking members directly, it is our responsibility to intervene and it's your responsibility to report the post instead of responding in the same manner.

We do allow critical responses and comments towards a song and/or artists as they basically signed up for it. If someone wants to criticize somebody's weight, it's incredibly immature in my book but not against our board rules so we will not interfere. That being said, we do believe there are times when people can cross the line by creating a hostile environment just by being overwhelmingly negative and that's where we may step in as well. In many instances our decisions are judgement calls and we'll do the best we can to be fair and objective.

Anyways in a nutshell I am asking for cordial behavior from everybody and if we feel somebody is attacked personally or is intentionally creating an environment of negativity we will reserve the right to move posts. Finally, any provocation towards members is NOT okay!

User "Odalis" provokes me all the time, I said to her in a very nice way to stop calling me darling (in the Russian thread) but she repeats that all the time, and writes even that word in purpose 4-5 times per a comment, which go to me... She also told me: "Shut the **** up", and that was the only user I reported, cause I thought that was too much, especially because I didn't write any single bad word to her before..

I'm willing to hold hands. The thing I love most about this forum compared to others is that it's such a nice, friendly environment. We all have fun and a laugh.

And Mrm, Odalis is lovely. You have to see that your comments were provoking. As Matt says, you are free to make comments about appearance even if it's immature but then we are free to comment back and question you. It works both ways. There is a way to avoid such instances though and it only takes a little thought before posting. The only person left upset from this is you.. but I don't want you to be upset. We should all get on!
