I agree, i'm not really looking forward to their song this year.. but I reckon it will be something the masses will go for.

In Valentina's semi we have..

The countries who could fart into a tin can for three minutes and still advance to the final

Almost always (or recently) very successful countries

The mixed bags (have to work harder for that final spot) and (who I think are in good shape now after last year)

Then we have our special no hopers



It's not going to be a cake walk for Valentina. She's going to have to fight really hard again. The quality of the song will need to do the talking. We should be grateful she's performing in the 2nd half of the show though. They can't wreck her chances again so cruelly.

And once again I must agree with mr. Woods And of cause San Marino belong with the group of Latvia & Montenegro

Well, San Marino can't really much on Italy though. Valentina only got 3 Italian points in 2012. The semi is not actually quite bad. The problem is Ex-USSR have a lot of power in semi 1.

But that's because they've been sending friendly songs, not because they will qualify whatever they send. Believe me, if they send crap again like in 2006, they will not qualify

Yeah Italy would have given a lot more points to "Crisalide (Vola)" last year. "The Social Network Song (Oh Oh-Uh-Oh Oh)" as much as I loved it, was a joke and novelty entry. If Italy were allowed to vote for a song in Italian, they would do.

Especially when people want Italy to vote in San Marino's semi just because they expect they give their 12 points blindly to San Marino and any of these countries have had the same beheaviour as Greece & Cyprus, Turkey & Azerbaijan or Spain & Andorra.

Yes you are right for Greece and Cyprus, but as much as iIm not a fan of Greek and Cypriot entries, none of them was worse than Facebook song!

They asked for semi 1 because Rai didn't want to air "The Voice" and Eurovision on the same day. Then they have shifted "The Voice" to another day, so both semis are good.
