Gosh ofc someone has to come in and post this comment. No you can't judge, but you can get an idea of where it might go, it could be completely wrong perception but you can still form it and tbh and people are free to comment regardless. They might think totally different later on. This is a board to discuss songs and that is what people will do.

I'm more than calm. It's irritating people stating the obvious every time a short snippet is released.

Personally I think the snippet is a bit too short for me to decide anything in this case, but I agree: what's the harm in people posting thoughts? Sure, those thoughts will probably change when we get more info... but if that was a proper reason to avoid discussion, then how far are we supposed to take it?
"Oh, we can't judge that song; there's a revamp coming, so it's too early to say based on what we've got. We can't judge this one either, since we haven't heard the live vocals yet; or that one, we don't know how it'll look on stage..." Follow that line of reasoning through to its logical conclusion and this forum would be a very quiet place apart from about one week in May.

People will comment regardless anyway, so I see no point in saying something about it every single time. Anyway, as I said for me, I get a vibe I may not like it, but as you can say you can't really properly decide from it being so short so we will have to wait and see. It could be super epic and great and I might love it. I do think yet another slower song in this year that is really lacking any real big hit (Cyprus about to drop 1 though) is really kinda meh though. I imagine countries waiting to the end to reveal their song want to see how the year is panning out before finally deciding, like Austria did in 2014, so i have some hope the final selections will deliver.

That's what the countries/artists always do: give us a little piece of the cake and then they hope that the hype grows. But hey, can be disapointing too when we hear the final music result and when it isn't as we imagined!

Well, to be honest, I really hope that Sergey doesn't come with the winning song immediately. I always like those ESC years which are open and without clear winner before the big show. It gives us thrill and leaves us open room to guess and debate who may win. So, for this reason, I hope that Sergey picked a rather poor song

Even if he has a winner song doesn't automatically mean that he will win!Italy in 2017 for example had a winner song and they didn't won!
