Actually, invading another country is a serious offense. Serbia was banned from international events like ESC for a decade or so, wouldn't it be fair to do something similar with Russia? xshrug

But we all know it won't happen... EBU has proven itself that it can't even protect its own rules xshrug

Wait what? I didn't say that it isn't a serious offense. I didn't even talk about them being banned or not, I said that most countries will probably give them less points than they would if this whole situation didn't happen.
Of course, if they end up invading them they should be banned like Serbia did. I just didn't say the contrary at all, don't know why you said that about my comment that has nothing to do with it!

I don't like Pussy Riot though...

but if Russia is in I would want something more genuine for a change, something in Russian. I'm all for a female act but something tells me there's truth to those Sergey rumors...

Well, he can sing, and he looks good... but he lacks personality me think and his music so far is far from impressive (he's like a way more attractive and vocally more talented, but with crappier material, Dima Bilan clone).

Anyway I don't know him a lot to talk for personality...But as I listen from a song he is good enough to be in final and in top 15 probably but that's all

Well for once again I have just seen him before some weeks when I saw this rumor so I don't know how he is in stage...But Dima was a winner,despite his kinda bad personality...So the basic thing for me is a good singer with a good song..If we have this I'm ok

I don't think Dima deserved to win in 2008 at all (nor do I think that win was truly fair tbh) xshrug

But as far as material goes, Dima has better songs than Sergey.

Ι don't think it neither but he is my fave winner with :se: because I really dislike the others....Also to tell the true Dima deserves to win in 2006 much more from :fi:

But yes at least Dima has got nice songs...
