I could imagine it to be either really good or really tacky. Songs like these can't really be in the middle. I hope Russia sends a really good one this year (hopefully an ethno)... Well, I can't really imagine the Babushki singing anything else.

I read their interview where they say that they haven't received any invitations form tv, moreover they have no plans to go to Germany. It is too far for them.

UPDATE
It is now confirmed that Russia will be represented in Dusseldorf with Alexey Vorobyov. The announcement will come out shortly by Channel. On March 8th Alexey releases his brand new CD album composed and produced by Red One (composer of Lady GaGa’s songs) although Red One remain in the race for the 2011 Melodifestivalen. It is unknown whether Red One will be the composer. Channel One is going to make official announcement very soon!
