I loved them last year!
If Russia sends the grannies, they'll SAVE ESC 2011 from middle of the road English pop/ballad blandness!
I actually love the fact that after Dima won in 2008, and all those tries at winning, Russia finally seems relaxed and just enjoys Eurovision and send interesting entries representative of the country. I wish more countries would get this mindset back and Eurovision would be soo much better again!

If these Grannies could SING and if they had NICE ethnic songs I would have no problem with them representing Russia.
BUT what I see is 6 old women that can not sing. So that makes it a JOKE entry.
Sorry but for me this is not funny....
And after all this is Russia, with 100s of GREAT singers why to sent a joke entry? If they want to sent something "original" they could send Pelayia.

Apparently an announcement will be made soon announcing Buranovskie babushki as the russian representatives. And by soon I mean next week. (maybe sooner??)
