No way. Her song was cheesy and dated. She would have done a top 15 at best. However i have to agree that laura could be on televotings top 3 in the final.

Last Place with 0 Points at OGAE
The History proves thats its more likely to end up well if you are popular during the Season. Its not only about the Ogaes, also in both Forums, at Youtube and in the Bettingodds noone likes this Song. This is a Disaster compared to what could have happened if Laura was here.
If you’re using OGAE results as a standard then at least be fair - Albania had 0 points last year as well; ended up 11th and didn’t completely flop as expected in the televote neither in the semi nor the grand final.
And odds don’t mean anything, really, besides indicating the top 4 or 5 of the batch. Look at how nobody cared about Ireland and Serbia in their semis last year.
I love Ester’s song - I know it won’t win or come any close to that by any means. However, I’m sure she’s gonna put her heart and soul into her performance in May. I thought this topic ended ages ago already - the national final rules were senseless but Ester won it fairly. Wanna hate on something? Hate on the organizers and not on the player. And if it helps, there are lots of videos showcasing Laura’s vocals all over the internet. Can’t wait to see Ester shine in a few weeks on the ESC stage.
Albania did more or less flop in the televote in the semi. Most of their points came from their active diaspora. 12 from , 10 from and 10 from . Only 16 points came from the other 18 countries.
Of course a lot of time has passed and Ester is not the one to blame (and I don't think anyone is doing it here?) but after watching wiwibloggs review why should anyone not be allowed to say it was a poor decision of them in sending Ester?
I even enjoy 'On A Sunday', but it is doing much worse in every single stat than I anticipated when it was chosen. There is like absolutely nothing speaking of a good result. Because Romania is already starting with 36 points from and - it has an easier job in qualifying than a lot of the others. But even that is going to be a huge task. It is going to need the support of the juries. Without them, it looks extremely likely to flop.
Still, Albania qualified in a bloodbath of a semifinal and performing early before the fan-favourite Belgium made it even harder to survive. Let's also not forget the fact that live performances can change everything and I'm pretty sure we all know this, considering the country we're talking about now.
Romania was once again screwed with the running order, odds and even OGAE (not to mention how well received it was by the fandom) last year so technically, it had all the characteristics of an entry that comes near the last place in the semis. The final result showed that it was right out of the grand final.
Now, anything can happen once again - Ester can both end up as a NQ with few points as well as a top 10 in the final. We'll see.
