No you don't have to be Romanian, because a welsh singer (Krystal Mills) is going to try and take part with a duet with a Romanian singer (Mircea).
(Some of you may notice that she is the same person who tried and failed to get onto the swiss national selection )

Alexandra Stan would be great! But I hope, she will wait a year to participate. This year´s NF already will be very strong without her.
