Buzau , Braila , Tulcea and parts of Constanta-land
Craiova is not in the snowy area anymore!

Yeah, there is a fee for entering in the National Final. You need to make a bank transfer of 37£(= 200 RON) to the account RO69RNCB0072000506070001. You need also a proof for paying (a copy of the paying order)
