The six artists in the final are:

Nena
Perpétua
Rita Rocha
Noble
João Borsch
Iolanda
I didn't follow the semi, but glad to see Joao Borsch in the final!

I'm sad for Left. and Nela, would have liked to see them polish their stagings in the final, sorry for Nena but that staging didn't deserved to be in the final.
Bispo was the most popular name this year but his problem is that the people that like hip hop don't usually watch festival da canção.

I've seen the semi 1 performances. I'd swap Nena and Noble wholeheartedly with Left and Mela. Thank God Perpetua was through (yes for more city pop!) and Joao as well, even if I feel his staging wasn't that strong. Iolanda, though, girl, this is a winner.

Iolanda, João and Rita are good. I especially fell in love with Borsch though. He could make it onto the top of my list, even before Norway. Fantastic!

Tumblr, mostly.
The problem I see regarding Borsch's song is that he would be competing for the same public that will like the songs from Ireland, Finland and Croatia, if Baby Lasagna wins tomorrow. I honestly think that either is dead on arrival, but Iolanda at least brings another flavor to the table.
He does not. :-) There isn't much overlap between ...pelas costuras and no rules, ireland aren't going to get many votes anyway, and baby lasagna currently suffers from a lack of experience and being in the first half.

His qualifier odds are perfectly reasonable, and not specifically lower than iolanda's, who competes directly with raiven and whoever wins in serbia (teya dora or breskvica)

And neither are dead on arrival. Portugal is always a borderline qualifier, but you have the 12 from Luxembourg and a potentially good draw. Both are good performers with good songs. Making the final is hard but is absolutely possible. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!!

Not me thinking for a moment that Bispo and Left. were the same singer with 2 different looks.

For me Casa Portuguesa was an interesting entry in terms of lyrics and genre, if I'm not mistaken it could have been an unusual ESC entry from Portugal, too bad it didn't qualify. I also liked Noble's performance. (y)

If Iolanda isn't a safe qualifier, I don't know who is.

It's like we were afraid of Systur, Monika Liu, Maro, S10, Amanda Tenfjord. But all qualified (both with the juries and the televote).
Whereas Citi Zeni flopped and people would assume otherwise.

Iolanda is objectively a solid package, vocally she is on point, the song is well produced and the staging is professional, yes it needs polishing, but it is something that the portuguese public can say that they are happy with and if she nqs they can justify that with the lack of a juries in the semi or it being sang in portuguese or the running order or the countries that voted in the semifinal or whatever reason, most important is that it won't be Iolanda's fault.
João in the other hand will be blamed for a nq, after Conan Osiris failed to qualify in 2019, the discourse was basically "go woke, go broke" and I just know that the same will happen to him.

Saturday, I couldn't fully watch the Semi-final; I was at a friend's house, and we only caught bits and pieces. However, today I managed to watch everything more calmly, and I only have one thing to say:

IOLANDA, SHE DID EVERYTHING! Without a shadow of a doubt, the most thought-out, professional, and well-executed performance since the beginning of the competition. It's flawless and ready for May.

I liked João; he made an effort, and even though there are things to improve, the concept was generally good. But Iolanda was superb, and it's hard to think of another winner but Iolanda.

It's not always possible, but this year I'm 100% Team Iolanda. I didn't vote Saturday, but she will have my vote in the final.

It's also hard for me to think of another winner; it seems like an obvious 12 from the jury and 12 from the televoting:
it's clearly the song with the most visibility at the moment, most views, most comments, most support.
Something also important is that even Eurovision fans from Portugal tend to see Iolanda as the big favorite (I would say at least 50%).
