It's not like it's the type of act that needs much rehearsals to be honest, similar thing happened in the NF when he was in the hospital while the rehearsals were occurring

So I guess he will attend the dress rehearsals, but Luisa will be in the individual rehearsals that are held before. Yeah, I guess it's not that important, as he already knows fully how to sing and perform the song, what is really needed is for the camera angles and stuff to be right, and Luisa is enough for that to happen

If it really is because of health reasons they should. But I don't know if this justification is true. If it's just because he isn't bothered enough then they shouldn't!

I doubt. And the only reason why I highly doubt it it's because Salvador couldn't care less if he got 0 or 600 pts. Salvador would never do something just for the sake of having people voting for him. He just do what he wants and if people like it that's fine, if they don't it's fine as well.
