Yay to more trumpeting from Salvador!!(He was going to trumpet more to end the song, but the applause got in the way).... And once again, it is another completely different interpretation on it! I'm seriously hoping some sort of picture choreography is used, but Salvador is in good hands with his sister Luisa. I can't say how glad I am, for no one but Luisa, the composer herself, to be in charge of the stage.

Think back to Loic and 'Rhythm Inside'. He was in charge of the stage then too. I can't wait to see what this remarkable team pulls through!

Yet another interpretation of the song! I like how in this section, he experiments with higher and softer notes

This is beautiful! Like something we would have heard during the very first days of Eurovision in the 1950's! xlove Very impressed with this, definitely the best Portuguese entry ever (though tbf, that's not hard ). Not entirely sure how well it will go down on the night though - might be forgotten. Sadly I predict that Portugal won't qualify from the semi.

I give :10: points to :pt:

Well only one magazine reported that, and it ain't exactly a reliable one. I don't think it's true, thankfully!

Do you have any reason to believe it isn't true?

Gosh if that type of story needs to be made up by the press for their gain It's truly SHAMEFUL.
I read the news on oikotimes and literally started crying.
Hope it's not true.

maybe that he's Portuguese and he knows that magazine? He's not the only one I've heard saying that this isn't a completely reliable source...

It seems a very odd story to make up. A little too detailed and disturbing. Not saying it's true, obvious I'm not privy to it, but I'd be unsure of ruling it out completely until a reliable source says it's either true or false.

All that is officially known is that he had two hernias and that he underwent surgery before the final of our NF. It's also known that he will focus on recovering from those two surgerys before Eurovision in May, as well as preparing himself for the contest.
That magazine's reputation, as well as all the other magazines of the sort in Portugal, isn't good. They're known for making up stories in order to sell more, and considering it was the only one that reported the heart transplant part, I don't believe it. From what I've read in the internet that part of the story is false, even though obviously I don't know for sure.
Either way, I will only believe it's true when it's said by an "official" source.

Two hernias and a need of heart transplant are completely different things. Media can be sensationalist but publish something like this without any proofs? That's utterly disgusting :?

Anyway, health is something personal and Salvador has a complete right to hide something like this. I hope he isn't in such serious issues and if he is I wish him the best.

I love the juxtaposition of the first two sentences.

I wouldn't recommend reading oikotimes.

I wish all the best to Portugal because I loved some of their past entries & I'd love to see the "not so successful countries" doing well but I think that Salvador is overrated.Amar pelos dois is a good song but not a sure top 5 contender. Not even sure about top 10 tbh.

The only thing I'm f***ing, is stupid
That's why I never trust any media until confirmed official, source criticism is mandatory in today's information ''society''.
