Yay! I always thought we would return after RTP broadcasted the full thing this year, but I was getting scared nevertheless. I just hope RTP will wake up, see all the potential the ESC has, and try harder!

I don't think either will return, Poland more so than Bosnia. before Poland withdrew, they did very poor at ESC. So i doubt there is much call for their return to the contest.

Bosnia would be great. Like Turkey they usually made the eurovision experience much more interesting. I'd switch them for the UK, Spain, Switzerland, San Marino (oh dear ), Denmark or, yes, I'm sorry to say Portugal, any day. They're very great misses, those two.

I don't share you love for Turkey at all, they don't make it interesting at all, IMO anyway. I prefer Denmark, Spain or Switzerland over them any day.
