By the way some people are saying that we will get to hear the songs tomorrow, has rehearsals video will possible be published, but I don't know wether it's true or not. And apparently RTP started the promotion for FdC today :lol:

I didn't mean that exactly.... I just don't trust their taste. I know, I'm horrible :oops: They're doing a good job and they're all we've got right now.

Of course all this is to absolutely no avail. Who's gonna be watching these videos but us?
It's still pretty annoying though. I mean, how stupid does he think we are? And how far is he willing to go to serve his purposes? What a character :?

He must be some ESC character surely, they have all been. I can't remember though and am too lazy to search :)

Yes, I know now, someone has already told me ;) Apparently he also represented Cyprus in 1996 and 2002. I missed all 3 shows though, wasn't a fan at the time and am not familiar with the participants. This is my first time following queen hiena pompidou via sweden :mrgreen:

Well Mrm, that's because I first watched the ESC in 1991 -to 1995. I must have lost interest somehow and only came back to it much later.

Never been to Serbia either :(

Short genre descriptions of the 10 competing entries :)

1. Catarina Pereira: power ethno-pop à la "Canta por mim", but improved
2. Ivo Lucas: pop ballad à la Simon & Garfunkel
3. Zana: ethnic-folk with balkan influences
4. Carla Ribeiro: pop-rock, much like one that can be heard on modern rádios
5. Ricardo Afonso: rock
6. Rui Andrade: a modern Disney-like ballad
7. Lara Afonso: pop entry with 1960's influences
8. Raquel Guerra: (a mid-tempo ballad?)
9. Madalena Trabuco: a sweet and touching ballad
10. Suzy: latin dance entry with african/kuduro sounds
