Btw, before I have seen this video (and some more from Michal´s more effeminate days), I seriously thought that the frequent comparisons with Conchita Wurst were mainly caused by his surname, since I believed that "Szpak" means "ham" in Polish (I derived it from Czech word "špek" which means the same). Then I noticed some youtube comment ("rozjebał jak szpak czereśnie") and realized it actually means "starling" (in Czech "špaček"), the cherry-eating bird. Another example in already long line of confusing similarities between Czech and Polish words with different meanings...
Personally, I don´t see so much Conchita in him. If I should describe Michal´s performance - and appearance - to someone who is blind and deaf, I would probably say something like "imagine a yodelling hippie Jesus with Polish accent, disguised as captain Hook".
Definitely not "he is like Conchita".
