i love Jula's songs.. if TVP should decide to come back next year then i really hope they will send her, Ewa Farna or Ewelina Lisowska.

She is great, but I wish there were more beats in the songs. I guess these slow rock ballads are very popular, but some breaks and intriguing drums would put the thing on fire I think.

I doubt they'll comeback, I wouldn't put any hopes on it... atleast if they'd decide to comeback, it would be a pleasant surprise.
When will we hear something about their participation?

There's simply no interest, neither within TVP nor the general public, so they don't have any actual "reason" for returning and I doubt they suddenly would just because a small portion of the public want them to.
If my speculation turned out wrong though, I'll happily admit that I was wrong. But as of now there's absolutely no indication pointing at a comeback.

And let me ask you - if they were completely not interested in taking part, then wouldn't they have announced it already? Slovakia and CR did this ages ago, because they were not interested. Also, I've heard rumors about TVP seriously considering coming back next year.

Well, Slovakian broadcaster is sort of notorious by now for changing their mind back and forth (although for now I don't think they'll comeback). Czech broadcaster simply confirmed what everyone knew all along.
As for TVP, well if I don't recall things wrongly they were late on announcing the past years aswell, I guess in the end of the day different broadcasters have different approaches when it comes to announcing things.
If there is truly a chance, I'd be really happy to welcome Poland back, all I'm saying is that I wouldn't count on it because it simply looks like past years with the late announcements of "no interest".
