Hmm, not exactly sure if you got my comment correctly.
I was saying that if Czech Rep. or Slovakia are about to make a comeback in 2015, they'll look at how other "unlucky" Central-European countries such as Poland, Hungary, Austria and to some extent Slovenia and Switzerland, will fare in this year's ESC.
Poland don't really have "friends" in ESC, the Central-European "bloc" isn't really notorious for any sort of bloc-voting, nor is the Polish diaspora that obsessed either (only in the UK and Ireland they seem to be gathering enough of diaspora votes to have some actual influence over those countries' televotes, but not so much elsewhere it seems).
EX-USSR barely supported Poland, look at Ukraine for instance that Poland supported alot, but rarely got any points back from.
In the end of the day, the main issue with Poland in ESC were weak entries, in 2011 they had a good one but the performance turned a disaster so it didn't help them :/
