I don't doubt her being the most famous person in the Commonwealth, and those countries who used to belong to the British empire. Her face may be the most reproduced in the world, but most of that stays within the Commonwealth, you know. There's more to the world than what is or used to be under British rule. Outside of the Anglosphere, there are lots of people who don't know what she looks like. She's hardly ever in the media over here, if at all. Diana was way more in the media here than the queen's ever been. I didn't know what she looked like until I visited the UK for the first time when I was 14 and saw her face everywhere on currency, stamps and such. I bet lots of young people here don't even know her name. How many British kids (or adults for that matter) know who the Swedish king and queen are?
Again, the UK and your beloved Queen isn't the center of the world, even if you like to think so.
