Fantastic for the Americans, so happy! :D Shame China got the bronze though, would of rather it be Germany :/.

And Michael Phelps has become the greatest Olympian in history, with 19 medals - the previous record holder was from the Soviet Union. Really glad that this history has been made in London! :mrgreen:

Michael Jamieson has a real shot a gold...would be good to see a proper Glaswegian doing well at the Olympics...most of our best swimmers are from Edinburgh or Aberdeen.

Well it was about time that Lithuania won, after the defeat from Argentina. You should win over France, because they play without Noah... but then again you lost from :mk: :mrgreen:

Helen Glover and Heather Stanning have won GB's first Gold medal of the games in the women's pair. Impressive performance, although they were always expected to win.
